Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Pcomshop.in. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, this Return & Refund Policy explains your rights and our procedures for returns, exchanges and refunds.

1. Return Window

You may request a return or refund within 3 days of receiving your order. If more than 3 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or exchange unless the product is defective or damaged.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must have been purchased from Pcomshop.in (verified by your order number).

  • Product must be in original condition, unused, and in original packaging.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (invoice, order ID or receipt).

  • Items must include all accessories, manuals and freebies originally included.

Some products are non-returnable, such as (but not limited to):

  • Thermal paste, mouse pads, cables and accessories listed at checkout.

  • Products marked “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable” at time of purchase.

  • Items that have been opened and show signs of use.

3. Defective or Damaged Goods

If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately upon delivery with:

  • Clear photos of the item packaging

  • Photos showing the defect or damage

  • A short video demonstrating the issue (if applicable)

Once we’ve reviewed your evidence, we will determine eligibility for a return, replacement, or refund. In many cases we will offer:

  • Replacement of the same item

  • Full refund if the item cannot be replaced

  • Store credit (optional, subject to business terms)

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

  1. Contact our support team at support@pcomshop.in within the return window.

  2. Include your order ID, details of the issue, and any supporting images or videos.

  3. Await return shipping instructions from our team.

Important: You may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective due to our error. Returns should be shipped in protective packaging to prevent further damage.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it:

  • We will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, refunds are processed to your original method of payment (credit card, debit card, UPI etc.).

  • Please allow up to 7-15 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on bank processing times.

If you haven’t received your refund after this period, please check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.

6. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in situations such as:

  • Product returned without original packaging.

  • Returned product is damaged beyond manufacturing defects.

  • Significant signs of use making the item difficult to resell.

We reserve the right to determine the refund amount based on condition assessment.

7. Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 8 hours of purchase if the order has not been processed or shipped. Cancellations after dispatch may incur charges or may not be eligible for a refund.
